Shipment processing time.
All orders within Pakistan are processed promptly within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination within Pakistan.
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or telephone. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
Shipping rates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently charge a flat Rs200 fee on all orders.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.
To avoid any fraudulent transactions that take place online, we ship your order only upon confirmation from your side. We shall reach out to you via mail or telephone to confirm your order.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Rasoms is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We make sure that there aren’t any additional taxes imposed on your order and that your order reaches you within time.

We take full responsibility for your order. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim.
